A Visit from the Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.

Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul, Narmina Mustafayeva, Consul Sevinç Süleymanova, and Dr. Hanali Hasanov visited Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu in his office. International Relations Coordinator Dr. Emrah Yağmurlu and International Cooperation Officer  Dr. Hakan Başaran also participated in the visit.

During the visit, the issues of increasing educational and cultural cooperation between the two countries were discussed. Consul General Mustafayeva emphasised that various projects should be implemented to strengthen the relations between the university and Azerbaijan.

Rector Erenoğlu emphasised the importance of relations with Azerbaijan and stated that they are ready to take steps to strengthen cooperation. The visit was considered an important step in the development of friendly relations between the two sides.
