Our University was entitled to receive additional budget within the scope of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility

Our university draws attention as the higher education institution with the highest teaching mobility budget in Türkiye for the last two years. Within the scope of Erasmus+ KA131-HED Mobility of Higher Education Students and Staff Project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-0000117118, as a result of the reporting and applications made to the Turkish National Agency, it was entitled to receive additional budget.

 

In this context

An additional budget of € 27,450.00 was added to the initial budget of € 20,400.00 to Staff Mobility for Teaching, making the total budget € 47,850.00. The € 27,450.00 given to our university, which currently has the highest teaching mobility budget, is also the highest additional budget among all universities.

For Staff Mobility for Training, an additional budget of 9.000,00 € was provided over the initial budget of 6.700,00 €, and the total budget was determined as 15.700,00 €.

With the additional budgets provided, the following decisions were taken within the scope of the mobility types whose results were announced on 06.08.2024:

  1. For the Teaching Mobility, 28 candidates with valid applications, who were outside the grant quota of 30 people, were entitled to receive a 5-day grant under the same conditions as the noble candidates.
  2. For the Training Mobility, 11 candidates, who were left out of the 7-person grant quota and ranked between 8-18 in the score ranking, were entitled to receive a 5-day grant under the same conditions as the noble candidates.

Our university continues to strengthen its internationalisation vision by increasing the overseas experience of academic and administrative staff within the scope of Erasmus+ programmes.
