On 26 December 2024, the Seventeenth Monthly Quality Assessment Meeting, organised by the International Relations Coordination Office of our university, was held with the participation of the office staff of the International Relations Coordination Office of the University. The important issues and solutions discussed at the meeting are summarised below:
Agenda Items and Decisions Taken:
1-) International Assessment and Evaluation Quality Commission:
The Coordination Office held a detailed discussion on which questions will be asked within the scope of the satisfaction survey. In order to increase the effectiveness of the surveys, certain questions were agreed upon.
2-) Erasmus KA171 Programmes:
At the meeting held in Uşak, current practices regarding Erasmus KA171 programmes were evaluated. It was announced that Erasmus selection procedures will start as of January 2025.
3-) International Student Selection Quotas and Applications:
During the meeting, a comprehensive discussion was held on international student selection quotas and application processes. The quotas planned for 2025 and application conditions were emphasised.
4-) Staff Work Distribution and Elimination of Deficiencies:
In the evaluation of the staff work distribution of the coordinatorship, it was decided that the staff shortage in the accounting and payment processes will be eliminated in the near future. It was stated that this step aims to increase the effectiveness and speed of our university's international programmes.
The meeting ended with the planning of the steps to be taken for the effective implementation of foreign relations and international programmes.
