Sixteenth Monthly Quality Assessment Meeting of International Relations Coordination Office was held

The International Relations Coordination Office of our University addressed important issues and discussed solutions at the monthly quality assessment meeting held on 27 November 2024. The meeting was held with the participation of the University International Relations Coordination Office staff.

Agenda Topics and Decisions Taken:

1-) Satisfaction Survey Meeting:

It has been decided by our coordinatorship to hold a meeting with the international measurement and evaluation quality commission on the satisfaction survey.

2-) ESC and Erasmus KA171 Programmes Status Assessment:

A situation assessment was carried out within the scope of ESC and Erasmus KA171 programmes and various strategies to increase the efficiency of these programmes were discussed.

3-) Staff Work Distribution and Elimination of Deficiencies:

In the evaluation of the staff work distribution of the Coordination Office, it was decided that the staff shortage in accounting and payment processes will be eliminated in the near future. It was stated that this step aims to increase the effectiveness and speed of our university's international programmes.

4-) Continuity of Erasmus Programme Success:

The success of our university as the higher education institution with the highest teaching mobility budget under the Erasmus programme in Türkiye for the last two years was discussed.
