The Fifteenth Monthly Quality Assessment Meeting of the International Relations Office was Held.

The International Relations Coordinator of our university discussed important issues and discussed solutions at the monthly quality assessment meeting on October 16, 2024. The meeting was held with the participation of the office employees of the University International Relations Coordination Office.

 

The following issues were discussed at the meeting:

 

Definitions of Personnel and Their Duties:

Unit personnel definitions and duties were focused on, and the need for 1 personnel for unit KA171 was expressed.

Detailed information about the operation and scope of the KA171 project has been presented.

Students From Abroad:

It was decided to hold a meeting with the Student Affairs Department and the Information Processing Department to address the problems experienced with students from abroad and to find solutions.

Erasmus and Free Mover Programs:

In order to plan the activities within the scope of Erasmus and Free Mover programs, it was decided to hold a meeting in the office with the responsible persons of Dardanos campus.

Service Passport Operations:

The problems encountered in the service passport procedures were discussed, and solutions to these problems were focused on.
