Agenda Items and Decisions Taken:

At the 22nd Monthly Quality Evaluation Meeting organized by the International Relations Coordinatorship, the Erasmus mobility program under KA171 was comprehensively discussed, and evaluations were made regarding the related processes. Issues encountered with the service passport were addressed, and solution proposals as well as action plans were discussed in detail.

In addition, the draft Service Passport Directive, planned to be submitted to the Senate, was evaluated. Individual disruptions experienced in accounting and payment processes were also brought to attention, and it was emphasized that resolving these issues promptly is of great importance to ensure the effective use of allocated resources and the uninterrupted continuation of the processes.
