Coordinatorship of International Relations 20. Monthly Quality Assessment Meeting Record

The 20th Monthly Quality Assessment Meeting, organized by the International Relations Coordinatorship of our university, was held with the participation of the coordinatorship staff.

Agenda Items and Decisions Taken

Erasmus Student Selection:

During the Erasmus student selection phase for the 2025-2026 Academic Year, it was determined that there was a significant increase in the number of applications compared to previous years.

The objections to the applications were examined in detail by the relevant units and the process was carried out within the framework of the principle of transparency.

Courses for Foreign Students:

Requests to offer ULP coded courses in different languages were evaluated.

KA171 Exchange Programme:

Within the framework of KA171, the first Erasmus mobility to the Philippines was evaluated.

Accounting and Payment Processes:

It was emphasized that the staff shortage in accounting and payment processes should be eliminated.

The meeting ended with the planning of the steps to be taken in order to carry out international relations and international programmes more effectively.
