Agenda Items and Decisions Taken:

Evaluation on the Use of Service Passports:

Allegations of misuse of service passports by some academic staff were evaluated. For this reason, it was stated that the processes should be monitored more closely and irregularities should be prevented.

International Student Office Meeting and Briefing:

Lecturer Burak Balık, who was appointed as the Coordinator of the International Student Office, was introduced to the coordinator team and informed about the office.

Staff Shortage in Accounting and Payment Processes:

The lack of personnel in accounting and payment processes was brought to the agenda, and it was emphasised that the urgent elimination of this deficiency is of great importance in order not to disrupt the functioning.

Future Planning:

The meeting was concluded with the planning of the steps to be taken in order to carry out international relations and international programmes in a more effective and systematic manner.
